Hi, I'm Charlotte and I just moved into the neighborhood. I have purchased a lovely, furnished, one bedroom house. Which means that there is not much left over for decorations and incidentals. A simoleon just doesn't stretch as far as it used to...

    

I was really glad when the welcome wagon arrived. Peter Ottomas, Chester Gieke and Jodie Larson all paid me a visit.  It is always nice to get to know new people. After all, you just never know when you will meet "Mr. Right". 



Peter apparently has a very large family, that is all he could talk about. 



Chester was a little awkward, he liked talking about the weather. Most people use that as small talk, but I get the feeling that he REALLY likes talking about the weather. Sure he was nice, and single...but I don't much care for glasses. Besides, I like a guy with some facial hair. I don't know, It just makes me think of manly men, like Clark Gable and Robert Mitchum. They are dreamy!!!



Jodie was friendly enough, but I kind of get the feeling that she was only performing a "civic" duty by meeting me. Then again, maybe I just need to get to know her.



After everybody left, I did a little dancing to let off some steam, then the phone rang. It was my old friend Clark asking me to go down town with him.  So I did!



I met lots of great guys...but for some reason, that quirky little red head kept popping back up in my mind...





Maybe I should give him a chance...
